The length of treatment varies depending on how much movement you need to achieve your new smile, but for mild cases, results can be seen in as little as 3 months. Your dentist will advise on your individual treatment needs following an initial consultation.

- Consultation and planning
Book a consultation with our dental experts at Temple Square Dental. Our fast brace dentist, our dentist, will discuss your desired outcome, your treatment options and give you an idea of time to complete your treatment.
our dentist will then invite you for a follow on appointment to take impressions of your teeth, taking precise measurements to make your custom made braces just for you. - Transformation
After your braces have been custom made, our dentist will fit them ensuring they fit well and are comfortable, so you can begin your straightening journey.
You’ll need to return to see our dentist every 4 to 6 weeks for a wire change, so the teeth can be slowly guided into position.
our dentist will continually monitor your treatment at each appointment, making any required adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure the best results are delivered. - Retaining your new smile
Once your new smile is achieved, you’ll need to wear a retainer to ensure your teeth remain beautifully aligned. Retainers can either be removable clear trays, similar to a mouth guard, or a fixed retainer which are discreetly attached to the back of the teeth for continual support.
