Maria's dental emergency

I was treated wholly without pain with a full explanation of what was about to occur. With two extractions I was expecting problems, but in fact there were none, and it was over much quicker than the time allowed.

The staff are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I always feel valued as a patient. I have been a patient at this dental surgery for 48 years.

I feel that all of the staff are always very friendly and professional. The decoration of the waiting room, (and also the toilet) make for a beautiful, relaxed ambience making it a cheerful experience for all who attend. In conclusion, I feel that everything has been so well designed and thought out, that from the moment a nervous patient has walked through the door they will be able to relax.

Reception staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Aaron carried out my Root Canal Treatment and he was amazing. He put me at ease and explained everything he was doing.

I immediately took to him, felt confidence in him and was highly impressed with the thoroughness of the MOT he gave me !! including a forensic questioning of my teeth cleaning regime and what I ate and drank and my sleep patterns.I look forward to many years of being in his care

My son’s are patients, one has special needs all the members of staff are amazing they always make an effort to make him feel welcome and safe, they make him and myself very comfortable never rushing an appointment always talking to my son about what will happen or come next, they are always on time we never have to wait so my son becomes restless or upset there is no waiting which is perfect. They really are amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else both my children love their dentist!

They always ask how you are in general health,have you experienced any problems with teeth.attention to detail, making sure you understand the procedures they are going to carry out. Do everything to make it a comfortable experience.
